The Claymore Satchel is my modern take on the M7 bandolier for the infamous M18A1 Claymore mine (see the two last photos).

It's a small EDC bag being slightly enlarged compared to the original (see last two photos) and having an additional pocket. While the original only had two pockets - one for the actual mine, one for the firing device and accessories - this version also has a full-width pouch added on the back which is hidden behind the two front pouches. Each pouch is individually closed and there is an additional pencil holder sewn into the inside of the flap.

Generally I try making the Claymore Satchels from reversible material so there will be different versions available with one color being on the outside and the other being used in the front pockets and vice versa. However that depends on the model and if you want a Satchel with only one color visible on the outside just let me know and I'll be happy to make you an individual example!

This version of the Claymore Satchel is made from an original Turkish Army shelter half in their version of the iconic ERDL pattern with a plain white reversible side for operations in snow. On one of the oics you see the original shelter I salvaged to make these bags. The strap is soft white cotton canvas webbing.
All closures on this pouch are done with pressure buttons.
